I would suggest to tenants interested in my apartment to make an initial booking for periods not exceeding five/six months (which may be extended later if we both agree, after the initial period). The apartment, located on the top floor, is very close to the Kanzlerpark, to the river (Spree), to Tiergarten and circa 550 m away from Bellevue Palace (Schloss Bellevue, the official residence of the Federal President of Germany).
